New Triage Service for Urgent AppointmentsAll patients attached to Cedar Family Practice are able to access on the day appointments. On the day appointments are reserved for urgent appointments when you are not well. You have access to this service even if your provider is not in the office. We are here to help you with your medical needs.
Please call our office before 11:00am and your call will be triaged by Andrea our nurse. Home visits are available. If you are a housebound patient or you are calling on behalf of a patient or loved one who is, please call at 9:00am so your call can also be triaged by Andrea. Access to ServicesWe have recognized that many patients find it very difficult to get through to our front desk staff. We have therefore employed more staff and our phone lines are now open between 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Online Booking Made EasyWe are pleased to now offer online booking for most visits and have in person and virtual options.
We really encourage our patients to try and book online for either phone or in person appointments as this enables patients who can not access online booking or require on the day appointments to phone us directly. You will be able to set up your dependents on your account. If you have any difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us. You will not be able to book on the day appointments online as these require you to phone in person. |
