Brooke joined Cedar Family Practice as the clinic’s first Nurse Practitioner (NP) in 2021. With a Master in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner, Brooke is an independent practitioner with her own practice of patients. Much like a General Practitioner or Family Doctor - NP’s can write prescriptions, order tests, follow up on results and refer you to specialists. Brooke has a special interest in providing gender affirming health care. Nothing is more satisfying to Brooke than being able to take on patients who have been looking for a provider for a long time. When not hard at work in the office, Brooke can be found baking delicious treats and travelling.
